| My question back to you is how do we get immigration reform defined as a "big" issue at the federal level? I would offer that in order to be a "big" issue it has to be a topic that everyone in the LGBT community is affected by or is passionate about and at this point I am only seeing it affecting a small segment of the LGBT community. | Watch the actual video on ABC 7's website, and you'll see that he's really not joking, but taking the comment seriously, respectfully, and actually agreeing with it. We should definitely hold the President's feet to the fire. But let's not unfairly burn him. The audience tittered, but from Obama's expression, you can clearly see that he wasn't joking. In fact, he looked a little weary afterwards, almost sad.
