Former Vice President Dick Cheney was asked about same-sex marriage at the National Press Club today. In his answer, Cheney mentioned his lesbian daughter and said that he has no problem with same-sex marriage at the state level. My transcript below.

I think people ought to be free to enter into any kind of union they wish, any kind of arrangement they wish.
