The bill would eliminate discrimination in immigration law against gay and lesbian couples and keep families together but apparently that's not in the interest of the Catholic Church. How inhuman can they be?
Thank you Senator Leahy for moving forward with this legislation. I personally know several people whose lives will benefit from the Uniting American Families Act.
