there is little equality for lgbt people in america, compared to many european countries, in terms of marriage rights, health benefits, immigration equality, etc., as an american in europe i find the US a very tiresome place to read about these days . . . the lack of health insurance for so many americans, gay and straight (and bi and trans), and how far behind europe america is now in terms of lgbt equality, more and more backwards ...
